• All bonuses, promotional funds, and associated winnings are forfeited;

• Provisions of this Agreement regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

10.1 Internal Complaint Process

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using jlss Casino services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Philippine courts.

10.4 Binding Arbitration

For disputes not resolved through jlss' internal process or PAGCOR review, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreeable arbitration body in the Philippines. Arbitration decisions are final and binding. Each party bears its own costs; arbitration fees are split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

10.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes with jlss will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings against jlss. This waiver survives termination of this Agreement.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jlss Casino regarding use of our services, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

11.3 Waiver

jlss' failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized jlss representative.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement. jlss may assign this Agreement to any affiliate, successor, or purchaser without your consent.

11.5 Force Majeure

jlss shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, government action, internet failures, or telecommunications outages.
